Dale Kenney, 53 was found unresponsive in his cell at 6:25 a.m. Thursday. Paramedics arrived to the Richmond City Jail at 6:47 a.m., according to Sheriff, CT Woody, and that is when Kenney was pronounced dead. No foul play is suspected.
