Man dies at the Richmond City Jail

Dale Kenney, 53 was found unresponsive in his cell at 6:25 a.m. Thursday. Paramedics arrived to the Richmond City Jail at 6:47 a.m., according to Sheriff, CT Woody, and that is when Kenney was pronounced dead. No foul play is suspected. Kenney’s body was taken to the State’s Medical Examiners office for an autopsy.
Kenney was serving time on a heroin conviction.
