Richmond Public Schools is hosting the 21st Annual Martin Luther king, Jr. Drill Meet today at the Arthur Ashe Center. The meet started at 7am and will run until 5pm. Some 1,500 Junior ROTC Cadets from Richmond, new York and South Carolina will be competiting. It is free and open to the public.
