“Alot of the artists that are out now aren’t really saying much…”
During high school, music started as a past-time for T Star. Now, it’s his full-time love. With undeniable prowess on the mic and a fluid understanding of the power of the pen, T Star’s name is destined to be recounted amongst legends like Tupac and Kendrick Lamar.
iPower’s Blu caught up with the Richmond native to talk about his latest project, The Power Of Now. Released in 2018, The Power Of Now features Rockie Fresh of Rick Ross’ label MMG amongst other artists. “See You Grow,” the first single, speaks to overcoming obstacles that may hold you back in life.
The Richmond native is a wellspring of optimism siting his goal as a musician is to inspire others to get out and fully realize their dreams.
