Florida State University’s Quarterback Jameis Winston has been cleared of all charges that he violated the school’s student conduct code.
A woman and fellow student alleged that Winston raped her but he proclaimed all along that the sex was consensual.
The state of Florida did file charges because of a lack of evidence.
