While the player reps and owners continue arguing over dollars, the NBA’s superstars have decided to go out and earn some. A two week hoops tour featuring the likes of Kobe Bryant, LaBron James, Dwayne Wade, Derrick Rose, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, and Amare Stoudamire, just to name a few, is scheduled to roll out for a six-game slate with stops in Puerto Rico, London, and Australia. Those seven names alone can sellout an arena for a basketball game, yet those are just a few of the players who plan to be a part of this tour which has been in the planning stages for three months. Can’t blame the players, they’re essentially unemployed. Salaries for the six-game tour range from $100,000 to !1 million, and we can pretty much guess who the million dollar ballers are. A few of those previously mentioned are would be suspects. Did you notice no mention of any games in the United States? Hmmmm…….
