WHAT: Kia Watson, a senior at Richmond Community High School, is one of two students nationally who will speak at a Capitol Hill briefing. The students will speak on the benefits of school districts offering Advanced Placement and dual enrollment college courses sponsored by the National Math and Science Initiative (NMSI) and the Virginia Advanced Studies Strategies, Inc. (VASS)
