General Assembly: Automatic Restoration of Rights Amendment for Non Violent Felons Passed in the Senate

On Monday, January 28, the Virginia Senate passed the constitutional amendment on automatic restoration of rights for non-violent convicted felons.  The vote was 30-10 in the full senate. Governor Bob McDonnell supports this constitutional amendment. Please contact members in the Virginia House of Delegates to support SJ266.
