On Monday, January 28, the Virginia Senate passed the constitutional amendment on automatic restoration of rights for non-violent convicted felons. The vote was 30-10 in the full senate. Governor Bob McDonnell supports this constitutional amendment. Please contact members in the Virginia House of Delegates to support SJ266.
