An investigation by CBS Problem Solvers into the safety of cafeterias in our school systems have turned up some ugly results.
Henrico – 159 violations
Richmond – 30 violations
Chesterfield – 16 violations
Violations ranged from staff not keeping food at the proper temperature nor washing their hands properly and utensils and slicers used daily that were dirty.
