Duke University Investigates Noose Hanging On Campus

Duke university officials are thoroughly investigating an incident on campus where a noose was hung outside the the building which handles diversity issues.
The noose was discovered around 2 a.m. outside the Bryan Center Plaza which is the home of the Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity and the Center for Multicultural Affairs.
