Cool C, the Philly rapper who was found guilty of shooting and killing a female police officer 20 years ago, has been granted a 2nd stay of execution courtesy of a Philadelphia judge.
Christopher Douglas Roney a.k.a. Cool C, was scheduled to die by lethal injection January 8th, 2015.
