Thousands of commuters packed the snowy roadways desperately trying to get home Tuesday, with thousands still trying to travel blocked highways and side streets Wednesday morning. All over Atlanta, drivers left their vehicles on gridlocked roads in a vain attempt to escape the highways stopping school buses trying to get students home and employees from getting home.
