The Commonwealth’s election went without a hitch with Democrats winning big but the attorney general seat is still being fought over because of a close race between the “Mark’s Brothers”…….Rep. Mark Obenshain and Dem. Mark Herring.
A mere 165 votes out of 2.2 million separated Democrat Mark Herring, who declared victory, from Republican Mark Obenshain, who requested the recount.
A three-judge panel is overseeing the recount and will report its findings this week.
