18 yr-old Jamisha Gilbert was reported missing Sunday night by her family after not hearing from her since Wednesday.
Jamisha’s 2002 burgundy Honda Accord was found abandoned in the area of Concord Turnpike and Winston Ridge Road around 8 a.m. Friday morning after some type of accident and investigators say the circumstances are very suspicious.
Gilbert’s disappearance is being investigated by the Lynchburg Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division and anyone with information on this case should call them at 434-455-4090.
Remember nearly four months ago, 19 yr-old Alexis Murphy vanished near the Lynchburg area and has not been found. Her family believes that she is still alive and we are praying for that also.
