According to TMZ, Kanye West has been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft for allegedly attacking a paparazzo at LAX back on July 19 which was captured on video.
Kanye is well known for unstable outbursts and actions towards anyone….especially the paparazzi. Maybe this is exactly what he needs to get him help for his obvious instability…or maybe it’s the beginning of the downfall of the outrageous Kanye West!!!
His arraignment date has been set for October 10th and he could face 1 year in jail if convicted of the two misdemeanor charges.
