Everyone that listens to me on the weekends… knows who my favorite team is. That’s right… HAIL THEM! Today I had the amazing opportunity to go to training camp on Leigh St. and interview some of the players and administrative staff for a TV show I host. I had to share my experience with the Kiss listeners because regardless of who your favorite team is… all the exposure is directly impacting the Richmond community.
They are in the community giving back and building up the local football fields and some of the proceeds from their events are going right to Richmond Public Schools. Let’s not talk about the thousands of people traveling to Richmond, eating at our restaurants, shopping at our stores and staying in our hotels. This is big money for the city. The players are loving the love they are receiving not only from all the fans, but the city in general. I hope they never go back to DC for training camp…. since I know they will, I’ll just enjoy these next 7 years! #HTTR!
