Two systems are set to collide on the east coast and is estimated to cause record damage of $1 billion.

Hurricane Sandy have prompted utilities line up out-of-state work crews and canceling employees’ days off to deal with the imminant power outages since this freak occurrence will affect Washington D.C. and several states including North carolina, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and more up the coast.
