UPDATE: Mitt Romney is once again the top contender for the GOP presidential race. Romney won the Washington state caucus on Saturday. With 99% of the polls reporting Mitt Romney won the caucus by 38% to Ron Paul’s 25%, Rick Santorum’s 25% and New Gingrich came in last with 10% of the vote.

On March 6, 2012, the candidates gear up for the primary that they all have been waiting for… Super Tuesday!  States that will be participating in the Super Tuesday primary include Alaska, Georgia, Idaho, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Vermont and Virginia.

Mitt Romney won the GOP primary in Michigan and Arizona last Tuesday. Rick Santorum followed close to Mitt Romney in votes. “We didn’t win by a lot, but we won, and that’s what counts,” Romney told voters. Although, Rick Santorum didn’t win Michigan and Arizona he didn’t walk away from this primary empty handed. Santorum managed to sway some delegates to his side.

Will Ron Paul manage to scrap a win out of one of these states? Will Mitt Romney continue on his winning streak? Will Rick Santorum stop Mitt Romney from future wins? Will Newt Gingrich become a top competitor during this voting event?
