Richmond taps local R&B star Chris Brown to highlight a census rally Tuesday.
Brown, along with Richmond Mayor Dwight Jones, Virginia Union University President Dr. Claude Perkins, and Radio One Community Affairs Director Clovia Lawrence will rally at Henderson Square on VUU’s campus. That rally is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m.
A similar rally in South Richmond is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at Southside Plaza, 4100 Hull Street Road. Brown is not scheduled to appear at that event.
