When the GOP candidates began to come forward in the 2012 Presidential race, no one thought much of Herman Cain’s chances as an African-American Republican nominee, not because the GOP wouldn’t or couldn’t select a man of color, but it is a highly unlikely scenario at first thought.  With all the hatred and disrespect Republicans have shown President Obama, one would find it hard to believe that a Herman Cain could win their nomination.  But you know what, call him what you like, he’s reaching the ears of Republican VOTERS, and that is ALL that matters during the primary season.  Now, real talk.  We all have our opinions as to why the GOP leaders have been of no help to the President, but if the mere presence of Barack Obama in the White House creates this atmosphere on Capitol Hill, what in the world will they do if Herman Cain wins the GOP nomination?  Can you imagine them watching two African-Americans debating for the Presidency?  Now that would be some Tea Party!  As of the latest polls out on Wednesday, Cain is now the front-runner in the Republican primary race.  Unbelievable.
