Philadelphia Eagles QB Michael Vick has worked extremely hard and done all the right things in regaining his place on the field, but it’s what he’s done off the field that has been even more impressive. Today, Vick appeared before Congress to support legislation that would penalize those who knowingly attend animal fights and allow children to be present as well.
