Despite his musical success, Cee Lo Green claims he is homeless and lives out of a Louis Vuitton suitcase.
Cee Lo Green (real name Thomas DeCarlo Callaway) has no permanent home at the moment because of his busy work schedule.
When asked where he would most like to live, Cee Lo said: “Somewhere in Switzerland. It’s beautiful. I don’t live anywhere at the moment.”
What’s most unusual is, while he has no home, he managed to drop a pile of cash on a luxury car.
According to Cee Lo: “I bought myself a 2009 Bentley Azure. I had it custom-made from scratch, every nut and bolt and thread I designed. It cost $400,000. It’s a copper colored, the color of a penny. It’s beautiful.”
Cee Lo divorced Christina Johnson in 2005, with whom he has son Kingston, and although there is no one special in his life at the moment, he feels love would improve his life.
He explains in an interview with a British newspaper, “Love [would improve the quality of my life], but love would also complicate it. I have sex as often as I am allowed, but not as often as you would assume.”
