Minnesota Vikings star running back Adrian Peterson has struck a plea deal in his felony child abuse case which he accepted a lesser charge of misdemeanor reckless assault and avoided jail time.
Still no word of when Peterson will be allowed back on the football field, but most say that his missed games are punishment enough and the NFL Commisioner will probably allow him to be back on the active roster soon.
