The Georgia State pardon’s board has denied a last minute clemency plea for Troy Davis. Davis will die by lethal injection tonight at 7. Davia was convicted and sentenced death for the killing of an 0ff-duty Savannah officer, Mark MacPhail. The shooting happened on August 19, 1989.
