Fivio Foreign Pleads Guilty to Terroristic Threats, Faces Sentencing In August

Fivio Foreign’s 2025 has been marked by legal troubles, with the Brooklyn rapper behind bars since January following a weapons-related arrest. But there may be a glimmer of hope on the horizon for the “City of Gods” artist, TMZ reports.
According to the New Jersey Public Information Office, Fivio has entered a guilty plea to third-degree terroristic threats, defined as making threats to commit a violent crime.
Initially, the rapper faced four additional charges, including unlawful possession of a weapon and aggravated assault. However, his attorney, Adam Lustberg, told TMZ that those charges are likely to be dropped as part of the plea deal.
As previously reported, Fivio was arrested by Edgewater Police on New Year’s Day after a woman claimed he pulled a firearm on her when she asked him for help jump-starting her car.
Lustberg says he’s hopeful the court will consider probation at Fivio’s sentencing in August, particularly given the time he’s already served since his arrest.
