Bill Cosby sent a tweet from prison on Father’s Day. Cosby’s spokesperson said Bill requested a message be posted for him. The world was not pleased. In his tweet, Cosby wrote, “Hey, Hey, Hey…It’s America’s Dad…I know it’s late, but to all of the Dads… It’s an honor to be called a Father. So let’s make today a renewed oath to fulfilling our purpose — strengthening our families and communities.” The tweet was attached to an old video of Cosby talking about racism and slavery.
People responded negatively to the message. One person responded saying, “OMG no.” Another person said, “You really can’t read a room, can you?” Yet someone else posted, “Hey, Hey, Hey, It’s time for you to go away.” Cosby is currently in jail after being convicted of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand.
Who shouldn’t tweet anything ever again?
