Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse with the Usher STD saga, now another lawsuit is brewing with three people (2 women and a man) alleging that they had a sexual encounter with him in 2012 and that he did not disclose that he had herpes. The lawsuit is being handled by celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom and is scheduled to be filed on Monday in the state of California.
