Hillary Clinton claimed her place in American History Tuesday night by hitting the 2.383 delegates to clinch the Democratic nomination, making her the first woman to do so in political history.
Clinton claimed victories in California, New Mexico, New Jersey and South Dakota while Sanders won North Dakota and Montana.
