Former NFL player Dana Stubblefield, has been charged with raping a mentally disabled woman back in 2015 and may be face years of hard time.
According to officials, 45 yr-old Stubblefield invited the 31 yr-old woman to his home for an interview after contacting her through a babysitting service. The woman, who was “incapable” of giving consent because of a mental disorder and developmental and physical disabilities, told police that Stubblefield had forcible sex with her.
Enough evidence was found and Stubblefield was hit with five felony charges including oral copulation by force, oral copulation with a person incapable of giving consent, rape by force, rape of a victim incapable of giving consent and false imprisonment.
Stubblefield played 11 years in the NFL with the Washington Washington Football Team, Oakland Raiders and won a Superbowl with the San Francisco 49ers.
