An NFL senior official has admitted that CTE and head trauma in football are linked. NFL’s senior vice president for health and safety Jeff Miller spoke at a congressional committee round table to express the NFL’s take on the crises in football.
Much talk has been brewing in congress with all the media attention that CTE is getting which is now affecting all sports on a professional, collegiate and high school level since the movie “Concussion” featuring Will Smith as Dr. Bennet Omalu, the first to discover this form of brain damage due to repeated concussions.
