Driver Charged In Death Of Two Goochland Sisters

Sisters Sheila McCowan, 51, and Yolanda McCowan, 49, both died as a result of their car being rear ended by a drunk driver on I-64 Sunday evening.
The man accused of causing the crash, Andrew N. Chavis, 24, of Goochland, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter. Chavis had previously charged with DUI.
