After a year of rumors that Lil’ Wayne was unhappy with his current situation with his daddy Birdman and Cash Money Records, things have totally fallen apart since the label has stalled on releasing Lil’ Wayne’s latest album.
After crazy twitter accusations and beefing, the two tried to settle their differences this week but failed. TMZ is reporting that now Lil’ Wayne is suing Cash Money Records for $8 million (promised album advance money) and will make new music not affiliated with the label anymore.
It’s a shame that the Cash Money/ Young Money love fest has come to this. Can’t we all just get along.
