In Partnership with Council Woman Michelle Mosby & HMHY

Help Me Help You foundation (HMHY) is a public foundation created to assist in reintegration of returning citizens into the community, reduce prison recidivism, and improve public safety through addressing the educational, employment, healthcare,

housing and family relationship needs of returning citizens re-entering society by providing support and connection to needed services in the community after the returning citizens have been released. HMHY seeks to position itself as a solution to the problem and not just an articulator of one; HMHY seeks to partner with individuals and entities to bring power back to the lives of former offenders. Empowerment comes in many forms: political emotional, social, spiritual and economic. HMHY seeks holistic empowerment to bring about holistic change.
