Well it looks like Mayor Dwight Jones has finally decided to build a ballpark in Shockoe Bottom. Many cheered but some also booed with the thought of changes to the area.
Though plans are being made for the Bottom, nothing was mentioned about what would happen to the old park on the Boulevard leaving those business owners and residents clueless.
