According to Chesterfield police, Matoaca H.S. teacher, 29 year old Nicholas Ells has been charged with three counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor while in a custodial role and four counts of carnal knowledge of a child between 13 and 15 years of age.
Police say that Ells had allegedly been involved with a student for around four months but he is actually married with a 14 month old child.
It has just come to light that Ells also worked at Meadowbrook H.S. back in 2007.
