Hundreds of new apartments will be built near the Chesterfield Towne Center.
According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, about 368 apartments will be built near the mall and the Costco.
This $40 million project is finally underway, 7 years after the county approved the plan.
These new apartments will be called Belmont at Chesterfield Towne Center and they should be open next summer, according to the paper.
