Actress Nia Long is nude and very pregnant on the cover of Ebony magazine’s November issue.
Inside, Long “shares her very personal pregnancy diary, the shocking news that made her knees buckle, and how she and her boyfriend, Ime Udoka, are handling the changes and bracing for a new chapter in life.”
Nia also opens up to Ebony for the first time ever about her humble roots, reconnecting with family in the West Indies, raising her son, finding her life mate, and about the pregnancy that wasn’t supposed to happen.
Long insists she has no issues about becoming a parent for the second time at the age of 41, telling Ebony, “Society tells us ‘Get married before 30…’ I think if we just take our time as women, and do what comes natural to us and for us, we would make fewer mistakes.”
The new Ebony magazine will hit newsstands later this month, coinciding with Long’s due date.
Back in June, Nia Long confirmed reports that she was expecting a baby with her basketball player boyfriend Ime Udoka. The baby will be a little brother or sister for her 11-year-old son Massai, from her previous romance with actor Massai Z. Dorsey.
