‘The Donald’ Real Estate Mogul, Donald Trump says it’s official he is now the owner of the Trump Vineyard Estates in Charlottesville, Virginia. Trump said at the press conference in Charlottesville Tuesday that the vineyard is open for business and will create jobs. Governor Bob McDonnell said not only jobs but more tax revenues for the state.
Trump purchased the Patricia Kluge Estate for $9 million. He said Kluge ran into financial problems and had to succumb to bankrutcy. Trump said (we) don’t have any financing on the job and no mortgages on the property to stiffle development.
Trump said his new vineyard will be one of the ‘greatest anywhere in the world’. Virginia ranks number five in wine production across the nation.
