Washington, DC) – Subpoenas have been sent to some “W” Hotel employees who may have witnessed the alleged incident. Haynesworth’s attorney A. Scott Bolden says the accusations are false, adding that when you’re a high-profile multi-millionaire you’re a target for such claims. Bolden tells WJLA that he has interviewed several witnesses.
