Much has been said about Oprah’s network, OWN. Although she launched the network amid much fanfare and excitement, since it hit cable airwaves, OWN has struggled to connect with viewers. Unlike her popular show which made it way into tens of millions of homes every day, OWN has had a difficult time maintaining Oprah’s vast audience.

Oprah said she’s “always looking” for new shows. “Every time I meet somebody now I’m like, ‘Do you want a show?’…”

The members of the 70′s R&B group Sister Sledge have filed a class action lawsuit against Warner Music Group alleging they have been cheated out of millions of dollars based on improper calculations of revenue from digital music sales.

Debra Sledge, Joan Sledge, Kathy Sledge Lightfoot and Kim Sledge Allen filed suit in federal court on Thursday claiming that Warner Music’s method for calculating digital music purchases cheats artists out of money.

“I’ll pay higher taxes. I look at it this way I can pay higher taxes and people can have jobs or I can pay lower taxes and I have my kid’s teacher asking me for a loan because she’s going to lose her house, which is true,” Rock said.

Don Cornelius, the creator of ‘Soul Train’, died on Wednesday. The late “Soul Train” creator Don Cornelius had been unhappy about some things that had gone on in his life and his health, his son Tony Cornelius said Thursday.

The day he shot himself dead, Cornelius called him, Tony Cornelius told “CBS This Morning” anchor Gayle King Thursday.

“It was a call of urgency, and I came to his home immediately,” Tony Cornelius said.
