MyFOXDetroit is reporting police are looking for a missing 5-year-old girl named Zoie Jackson.
According to the site, Zoie was picked up from the Detroit Community School on Monday afternoon by her mother, Carmela Jackson. Carmela is only allowed hour-long supervised visits four times per month with Zoie. Unfortunately, Zoie’s substitute teacher was not aware of this rule and she released the little girl to her mom.
