Update 5p: 14 confirmed dead and 14 others injured so far. Officials are reporting 1-3 shooters in shooting rampage in San Bernadino California involving at least 20 victims. The San Bernadino County Sheriff’s Dept. tweeted that there was “an active shooter in the area of Orange Show Rd/Waterman Ave near Park center.”
