Arkansas State Trooper Slams And Punches 18 Yr-Old Black Female

A traffic stop in Arkansas took a turn for the worse as a state trooper took an aggressive stand with an 18 yr-old black woman by slamming her to the ground and punching her in the head. All of this violent behavior occurred as Alisa Hackett asked what she did, and screamed and cried for her mother while Trooper Moisses Arellano treated her like an escaped convict.

Attorney Ben Crump has stepped in and asked the Arkansa State Police to open a formal use-of-force investigation.
