Do you need to lower your blood pressure? Have some good sex…regularly. Scientists did a study and found volunteers had their blood pressure reduced by 13 percent the day after making love. The results were the same as taking a blood pressure pill.
Georgia State University researchers said, “The more pleasurable the orgasm, the lower the readings on the day after intercourse.” The study claims the “cuddle” hormone oxytocin reduces stress.
Do you feel relieved in more ways than one after sex? Have you ever felt a little sick and felt better after making love?
