The Afrikana Independent Film Festival Is Coming To RVA!

Discover the “authentic black voice” at the Afrikana Independent Film Festival.

Recently festival Founder, Creative Director, and Curator Enjoli Moon stopped by the Radio One Richmond studios to chat with Kels about this year’s festivities.

The festival is back for year two in a very big way. The fun commences on Thursday, September 14 at the Black History Museum and concludes on Sunday, September 17.

Expect various filmmakers and special guests including Talib Kweli, Amanda Seales, Monique Greenwood, and Akosua Adoma Owusu.
