The festival is back for year two in a very big way. The fun commences on Thursday, September 14 at the Black History Museum and concludes on Sunday, September 17.
Expect various filmmakers and special guests including Talib Kweli, Amanda Seales, Monique Greenwood, and Akosua Adoma Owusu.
