Your chest has always been on the smaller side, and though you’ve complained on occasion about not being able to fill out a particular top, or looking too small in a bathing suit, for the most part you don’t mind being flat chested — at least you can go braless when necessary. Well it turns out your boyfriend has a different opinion.

After jokingly mentioning a few times that he would love to see what you’d look like with breast implants, he offers to pay for the procedure as a wedding gift.

That may not be as good an idea as it seems, especially if the engagement ends after the surgery. That’s exactly what happened to one groom-to-be. And, he has filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend demanding she pay him back the money he spent on buying her breast implants.

The man, first name Carsten, paid for his then girlfriend’s breast augmentation procedure in 2009.

His ex, Anastasia, says he now wants to repossess her breasts unless she refunds him the $5,705 dollars he paid for the operation.

Anastasia admits that she signed a written agreement with Carsten saying if they did not get married, she would stay with him for at least a year if he paid for the implants.

But they broke up soon after Anastasia had the breast augmentation and Carsten now wants his money back.

Anastasia, 20, told reporters she has already repaid $2,600, but has since lost her job and is unable to repay the remaining amount.

Carsten’s admits she started making payments last year, but never repaid the full amount. He says he should not have to wait to receive his money, after all, she had the cosmetic surgery already.

The judge expected to hear the case said, engagement rings given in contemplation of marriage are usually returned to the groom-to-be if he made the purchase, but he has never heard of legal precedent regarding the return of breast implants.

The former couple is expected in court before the end of the year.
