These two annual AFC North Division games between the Baltimore Ravens and the Pittsburgh Steelers are not for the faint at heart. These are two games that traditional football fans get excited about because both of these teams will leave it all “on the field”. While it hasn’t reached the level of the Washington Football Team-Cowboys rivalry, but if you want good old-fashioned fundamental smash-mouth football, this IS the game for you. Baltimore at Pittsburgh, Sunday night, easily the weekend’s marquee game in the NFL. As for the Washington Football Team, the schedule is not very kind right now, the 6-1 San Francisco 49ers invade DC this week, while the Skins are beat up and broken up. The Philadelphia Eagles continue their “one game at a time” approach in a Monday night duel with the Chicago Bears, might be hard to duplicate their near flawless performance against Dallas last weekend. Out west, a road test for the World Champion Packers, who visit San Diego. Then again, the Chargers fell to Kansas City, so maybe they aren’t who we thought they were. The only other game worthy of major discussion is Eli Manning and the Giants’ vs Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in Foxboro.
