In State College football action over the weekend, the Hokies of Virginia Tech appear to have their swagger back after suffering back-to-back losses to open the season.  Tech went into Raliegh on Saturday and knocked-off No. 23 North Carolina State 41-30 on a strong performance from QB Tyrod Taylor.  In Bowie, Maryland, the Trojans of Virginia State University defeated Bowie State 16-15 on a 50-yard TD by Tim Paulk with a minute to play. VSU now 4-1 and remains unbeaten in CIAA play.  In other state games, Richmond wins at home vs. Costal Carolina, UVA lost tp Florida State in Charlottesville, and both Saint Paul’s and Virginia Union were beaten on the road this weekend.
