A teenager has been arrested in the Rockwood Park shooting in Chesterfield Tuesday evening. Police said 18 year old Matther David Vance was arrested early Tuesday morning at a traffic light. Vance was wanted for firing shots after a fight broke out during a basketball game. Vance has multiple charges including felonious assault and discharge of a firearm in a public place. He will appear in court for the first time this morning.
